Mr. Joseph A. Pascaretta
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer
Joseph A. Pascaretta has been Chief Executive Officer of Alps Technology since 2000 and a member of the Board of Directors since he co-founded the company in June of 1999. Mr. Pascaretta has served as Chairman of the Board from February 2000 to present and President from June 1999 to January 2000. Mr. Pascaretta has been a member of the Executive Committee since June 1999. He served as President and Corporate Director of The Alps Lawn Company from May 2002 to June 2008. Mr. Pascaretta is also affiliated with the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Mr. Aaron D. Dowen
President, Chief Financial Officer
Aaron D. Dowen has been Executive Vice-President since June 2003. Mr. Dowen has been a member of Alps Technology International Board of Directors since January 2000, serving as President from August 1999 to present. Mr. Dowen is an active member of the Alps Holding Group, serving as Executive Director of Finance. Mr. Dowen's technological expertise has helped bring Alps International into the next generation. He has also been an active member of The Alps Lawn Company since May of 2002. He has been named President and Chief Financial Officer of Alps International USA for his expertise and abilities to grow Alps into the future.
