June 11, 1999 Joseph A. Pascaretta & Aaron D. Dowen land their first website development deal.
August 28, 1999 Alps Technology, LLC is created as a website development firm, based in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
February 22, 2000 Alps has more than fifteen employees working primarily in the website development market.
September 2000 Alps announces it will begin research into the database integration and software development markets.
May 2002 Alps makes the
announcement to invest in The Alps Lawn Company, Michigan's most
prestigious landscape management and horticultural service company.
May 2003 Alps Technology announces successful investment of The Alps Lawn Company, grossing
over $100,000 in its first year of operation.
June 18, 2008 Alps Technology
announces it will combine The Alps Lawn Company and Alps Holding Group
to form Alps
International. A World of Services. Delivered.
August 14, 2008 Alps International announces it will expand operations and offices to New York, New York -
14 Wall Street, New York, NY., U.S.A.
